Scans are credits used each time you submit a question to the SparkyCode AI Assistant or analyze a photo with SparkCheck. Daily scans reset every day at midnight. Purchased scan packs never expire and are used after your daily scans run out. Your scan balance is always visible in the app.
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID or Google Play account — not directly through the app. On iPhone: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions. You can also tap "Manage Subscription" in the app's Settings screen.
SparkyCode is extensively trained on electrical code and is designed to give reliable, relevant answers. However, AI can make mistakes — always verify critical code requirements with your official codebook and the adopted edition in your jurisdiction. It's a reference tool, not a replacement for a licensed electrician.
The app is trained on the National Electrical Code and is designed to answer questions relevant to current and recent code editions. Always confirm which edition has been adopted in your jurisdiction, as requirements vary by location.
Open the App → Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete Account." You'll be asked to confirm twice. Deletion is permanent and immediately removes all your data from our systems, including your account, scan history, and referral records.
Share your personal referral code with another electrician. When they sign up and enter your code, you both get 10 free scan credits added to your accounts. Find your referral code in Settings.
Use the Bug Report feature inside the app (Settings → Report a Bug) or use the contact form below. If you report a confirmed bug, you may receive free scan credits as a thank you.
